My two favorite features are the handle and the retractable straw. I actually like that the exposed part of the straw is plastic and the straw extension in the cup is silicon. I feel like the end of the straw you drink from is more durable. And, I like being able to throw it in my backpack when it's closed and know it's not going to leak. I prefer a handle design that allows you to carry it from the top, instead of holding it from the side, so this is great. It makes it easier to carry when my hands are full. The cream and black are great neutrals! It's fairly easy to clean since the straw component comes apart. I live in the desert, so insulation is a hit or miss sometimes. But this one seems to do a decent job of keeping my water cold/cool, even if left in the car for a little while.
