love this HP laptop. so quick to set up and connect to internet. Transferred all my data, correspondence, files in a breeze. I've only used HP equipment in my business and this one is the best yet. i would recommend this to anyone.

love battery life and Windows 11

I like this because it is a good deal price wise. I need a whole microsoft suite and pre-loaded computer including Windiws 11 and virus protection.

The item is good value for money, the screen is clear and crisp. Speed is OK for the price - perfect for normal day to day tasks. Battery is OK again for normal day to day tasks. This laptop would be ideal for a student or someone who needs to do spreadsheets / write documents etc. Overall very positive. One MAJOR flaw (although it doesn't affect performance much) is that the RAM is not expandable. It comes with 8gb DDR5 but this is built into the motherboard - you cannot go past 8gb. That said it is DDR5 so it's more than capable of handling most tasks.

What I did not like is that the descriptions contradicted itself. The processor was mentioned differently in two sections and the memory was mentioned differently in two sections. Hard to know what the system comes with.

I was really liked this laptop then I opened it today and half the screen is just lines and it's spreading. It's less than 30 days old.
