Flavor was good, but use water over milk for a better texture. I’d have given it five stars except the banana nut flavor was a little stronger and I wish this one had been too. I would definitely recommend for a quick and filling breakfast!

I’m a huge fan of maple and brown sugar so this shot is definitely a top favorite. I’ve been looking for ways to add more protein to my breakfast that don’t take up too much time in my morning and I’m happy to say this solves that problem.
