Almost like plain oats with just a hint of banana—not even that sweet despite lots of added sugar. Definitely more filling than non-protein oats but because of how much sugar is in this I probably wouldn't buy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was a little skeptical about Quaker's Instant Oatmeal Banana Nut because I never had oatmeal with nuts in it but it was delicious and is a great way to add protein to your diet. It was quick and easy to make. Banana nut is one of my favorite flavors and this one had good flavor to it and gave me enough energy to get me through after a morning workout.

It has a thick consistency, I think it may be cause I prepared it with milk. I was able to taste the banana flavor so I wasn't enjoying it too much. My sister tried it and she liked it. She even added banana pieces for more flavor.

This is a little more expensive than regular oatmeal but would be perfect if you are looking to add additional protein and want an easy, warm breakfast.
