I rarely eat oatmeal, but I'm glad I tried this type. It kept me full and I loved the banana nut flavor.

The box states it has 12g of protein, but the nutritional facts states it only has 4g of protein. Looks like false advertisement to me.

One of my favorite flavors, as well with the extra protein it is filling and keeps me full longer, it is great for healthy living

I like Quaker oatmeal and It is my go to if I need to have some sweet oatmeal for the day or if I need to make cookies. I would recommend it!

I have tried other flavors but this, by far, is the one I like the best. It is not too sweet and has a great taste.

the protein is a very bad protein would much prefer they use plant protein. I can't stand whey protein in food!!!
