This product is good for my health because it keep me with energy all the morning and help me to keep my digestion good.

Favorite oatmeal. I’m currently breastfeeding and eat this almost every am with a scoop of pb in it! Great start to the day!

With the nuts, banana’s an excellent blend. Feels more like a meal. I use milk and just over 1/2 cup. It’s more like soup with 2/3 cup.

I made mine with Oat beverage instead of milk or water. Turned out great! Didn’t need to add sugar, it’s sweet enough.

This recipe is easy to make and these energy bites are delicious but I added my own fruits like cherries, blueberries, and cranberries.

Very bland compared to their regular maple and brown sugar. Finished the box out of not liking to waste food but it didn't go down easily.
