This is a brand I can usually trust with instant oatmeals. The only complaint I have is that it taste too sweet. I don't really think this needs 10g of added sugar. The amount of sugar is my only turnoff/concern about this particular product.

It's such an easy and delicious way to have breakfast on the go and it is really simple to do. I highly recommend these if you were busy, and the taste is so delicious too.

Definitely helps you achieve botj protien and fiber though for everyoen else

Not necessarily my favorite texture though, I believe it was the added weigh protein that gave it a slightly grainy texture. Not horrible but not great. It was also a bit too much liquid in my opinion so I had to adjust a bit.
