It wasn't as sweet as I would've liked but I enjoy that it had 10g of protein, no artificial flavors or preservatives, 3.5g of total fat per servings and it's 100% whole grains!

So it definitely keeps me full longer than other breakfast options. I was skeptical about the taste but it's surprising sweet. Not overpowering though. I love how this is high in protein as I don't eat a lot of meat. These are filling and satisfying, and a great breakfast option for me and my baby. The banana nut is delicious. I will continue to have these as breakfast. I highly recommend.
