This is a good option for that since it has a good amount of protein and a very good flavor. However its 12g of sugar (20% of the % DV) makes it something that I would eat just once a week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start saying I didn't try this one, but I'm just gonna give you my opinion my mother‘s opinion on this flavor she loves banana cheats everything with bananas, but she say she didn't like it too much is good but she will only eat it if it's the only last thing or the only last oatmeal she has left it's OK but I don't think she likes the little pieces that you have to like bite on it but it's OK. That's why I gave it 3 stars

I never thought I'd face off with gestational diabetes after devoting a year and a half to fitness and being vegan for almost 5 years. But, I leaned into the diagnosis and decided to do all I could to manage it without insulin. In this postpartum season, I can tell you I was successful. I ate a lot of the same foods and protein oats topped the list. Full disclosure, I couldn't eat Quaker Protein Oats because they use Whey protein, but my family loved it. It reminded them of banana bread in a bowl and kept them full for hours. Maybe they'll come out with a plant protein version, soon.

We loved that there was added/extra protein in these. The flavor was good & simple, not overwhelming. It was very easy to make, based off instructions. We used protein milk— just to add more protein. We already bought another flavor in this brand/style!

However, my husband did my test for me and said the following: a light, realistic banana flavor. Good consistency, similar to a less seasoned banana bread!
