Especially for those who do not have that time to cook breakfast. It is not overly sugary but still sweet enough. I appreciate that this has extra protein added helps you reach your daily goals. All you have to do is add hot water or your milk and stir! I think this is one of my favorite flavors. It was not too mushy at all and made me full. The flavor was delicious and was not too overpowering. I would definitely recommend it.

I am a fan of fruit in my oatmeal, plus the extra added protein keeps me full. Also, fun thing for Christmas shown in picture, reindeer feed. However, it was a little liquidy, despite me following the instructions. I did use a measuring cup instead of the bag, so maybe that was the issue. I'll just use a little less milk next time! It was still delicious, and the protein seemed to give me some energy!
