I love Quaker Oats as they are, but now I less less guilty with the added protein & it definitely helps make it taste and feel more nutritious than the regular kind. I workout and I'm always looking to include more protein in my diet. Having this option, especially when I'm short on time, definitely helps and won't make me feel as guilty for eating it. It does have a bit less sugar than the non-protein kind, so that's a plus as well. I love adding fresh strawberries to this oatmeal! Will be purchasing on my own, thanks Influenster & Quaker!

The cool thing is that it already has protein, and the taste doesn't get messed up if I add in a scoop of vanilla protein for more protein with less calories in the morning.

My bf also put cut up bananas on top and some honey for a little pop but it didn't need anything to boost flavor by itself. Great thick consistency and not watery at all, great classic packaging.

I really liked the flavor of the banana nut one. I usually put syrup on plain oatmeal and thought I would do the same for this one but it's perfect without having to add anything else. I wasn't expecting it to come individually packaged but I really like that they are. It's so easy to just grab one and take to the office when I'm in a rush.
