This is a fine cheese. I eat a LOT of cheeses and would rank this one a solid 6.5 out of 10. Glad I tried it but I won't rebuy it. You get the sweetness of the cookie butter, but almost none of the flavor. There are little cookie bits mixed in which are nice. Eat it on a club cracker or a pretzel, maybe drizzle a little hot honey? boom. Delicious.

Surprising and we have used it for several applications. On a charcuterie board and in fondue

One of the best I’ve eaten

Wasn't as excited about it flavor not what I expected

Delicious creamy texture, perfect when wrapped in phyllo dough and baked to golden brown.

Delicious cheese paired with fruit

Very unique cheese option. Great for the holidays

Great flavor. A little sweet. Not overwhelming. A great dessert cheese.

Not a cheese, A sugar cube

Tastes super weird
