I have purchased many xxxl shirts from other manufacturers and have always been happy until now. First off when they arrived and I unpacked them, the smell was awful, kind of like some type of pest spray. I decided to wash them immediately before trying them on. I followed the care instructions to the letter but did not put them in the dryer because I always try to air dry these type of shirts. After they were dry (overnight) I tried them on and was totally disappointed, these shirts were much smaller than what I am used to, they are more of a xxl not a xxxl so I can not wear any of the 6 that I ordered. They are beautiful shirts so I am disappointed that they run that small, I don't even think a xxxxl would be the right size. Maybe they were just misprinted as xxxl. I am reporting this to Sams club to see what can be done and I will update this in a couple of minutes. I just got off the phone with Sam's club customer service and they are giving me a full refund because they have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. I am grateful to Sam's Club for the easy of return. Thanks
