Order can be canceled at any time. You won't know it has been canceled until a few hours after the order is placed. Emails will say that you canceled the order, even if it is due to stock issues. Help desk says that orders are canceled like this due to website not being updated with true stock numbers. They do not have an estimate for restock dates. The Little Mermaid blanket in particular has issues with stock numbers. I had an order canceled yesterday, this morning, and this afternoon (since I reordered hoping the cancellation was in error). So, it can apparently take a while to get the correct numbers for the stock, as it has had the issue since yesterday. For the ones I have received, 2 of the boxes were damaged. So, be aware of that as well.

I was so excited when the VHS Disney blankets were restocked after waiting of months. That excitement quickly died once I received my packages. I ordered 6 blankets( 2 Aladdin %26 1 Lion King, 3 Beauty %26 Beast) and 4 of those blankets had the seals cut which I was very disappointed by. The blankets looked untouched but the seals being cut had me questioning were they previously returned or something. I also keep trying to purchase The Little Mermaid blanket but my order is being canceled, if it’s due to low stock take the blanket off the site.

ordered twice %26 sams keeps canceling my orders. they now have over $200 of my money being held up waiting for refunds due to them cancelling. when i called %26 spoke to customer service, their response was we dont know why the system canceled the order.

I absolutely love this Beauty and the Beast blanket! The design is stunning — the colors are rich, and the artwork perfectly captures the fairytale magic. The material is super soft without feeling heavy.The packing of this product I fell in love with. Highly recommended for both kids and adults.

This is the CUTEST packaging I've ever seen for an item. It looks like a VHS movie! It's so soft, washes well, and is the perfect weight for a throw!

Great blanket. Seating is great and very soft. It's very cool that it came in old school vhs type box. Very thick and seems durable. Kids love snuggling up in it it is very large and can be used to cover a full size bed

If these are OUT Of Stock then get them off the online website!! I ordered 3x as they showed in stock but then to have my order CANCELLED 3x! Do better Sams Club as we are letting our baby's down …

First off, my original review was very explicit. I used some harsh, but true words that was a little too sensitive to pass being submitted. It wasn't written in anger, but more from confusion on how a company can care so little about the products they sell and the customers who buy these products. None of those people who shipped this item would want it or choose to give it as a gift if received in this condition. If more employees acted like the items they're shipping out were going to one of THEIR OWN loved ones, I guarantee you would get less complaints about how products arrive. Second, when you pay for Shipping %26 Handling you expect some sort of care. You don't expect to receive an item damaged, torn or mutilated. It does happen from time to time, but it should NEVER HAPPEN due to a company being lazy on HOW they ship the item. The VHS blanket box I received came wrapped in cellophane with nothing more than a thin mailing bag to protect it. THATS IT! The seal on the side was damaged, the box broken and dented in multiple places. Thirdly, if this was a common item, not a collectable and not so close to the holidays that I could easily exchange it for another I wouldn't be so adamant as to write this review. But such is the case, this is what I'm dealing with and it's beyond excuseable in my opinion. I work too hard for my money for my purchased goods to be treated with deliberate incompetence.

Received our second order of blankets and they were both opened and resealed. Very disappointed. The first order was perfect.

When I received thos, the VHS seal was broken and the VHS box had been torn in two places. Highly disappointed in the quality. I'm left thinking if the product that was delivered was used.
