The active ingredient percentage is higher than my prior deodorant that was recommended by my dermatologist, and I think that is what makes this work as well as it does. It has stood up to everything from stress sweat to hot yoga. It goes on smooth and clear and has a clean, shower-fresh scent. Highly recommend!

I feel like I can finally last throughout the day without worrying about sweating through a shirt or having an unpleasant scent. Though the word clean is in the name the ingredients are not completely as there is still aluminum which I try to stay away from. This was a good deodorant for the summer and outdoor activities.

I also noticed that it helped with the smell as well. This deodorant goes on smooth and smells nice. I will definitely continue to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used both of these Secret Clinical versions and I’m really happy with them. They make the underarm skin soft and have a light, pleasant scent. Although the fragrance doesn’t last very long, what I love most is that it doesn’t feel sticky or wet like many other products. It keeps me feeling dry and fresh all day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I go way back with the Secret brand. A past catch phrase used to say it was "strong enough for a man", until it wasn't. Because it wasn't strong enough for me. In giving Secret Clinical IS Completely Clean 1.6oz a try, i was hoping for the best. Applied at night and a reapply in the morning. So why at around 4pm am I wet under the arms? It said it could work uo to three days?! Gave it ago once more and I was good for a day. So while not clinical for me, it worked as a regular antiperspirant deodorant and smelled nice. I can't complain too much as  I received this product for free from Topbox Marketing for testing and review purposes. It just wasn't the best for me. And that's okay.

The scent is lovely—a fresh, bright fruit fragrance that isn't too strong. It applies easily and keeps odor away. My only hesitation is the aluminum; if you're avoiding that ingredient, this might not be for you.
