this washer is amazing it saved my life was able to use my existing washer hook-ups and existing drain pipe. unpacked, hooked up and running a test run in less than 30 minutes. so far it is working very well by the way, you can hook it up to only use cold water if you wish. the lint filter cleans easily and it does a good job on my laundry. it also has a larger capacity than i was expecting

This is a godsend for a retired senior like I living in a one-bedroomer with no washer-dryer hookup. It's roomy, has lots of bells and whistles, and does a great job washing, rinsing, and spinning. It has a soaking option, also. Right now I can only use the cold water selection (single-faucet kitchen sink), but it works great, and when I move eventually to a place with hookups, I can choose cold/hot/warm as desired, It is a beautiful washer. I love it.

Purchased June 2019- so far it's great! I was able to hook it up without buying anything additional. I haven't had any problems with leaking. I use it about 4x a week. It cleans the clothes very well. I keep the loads small. I discovered that if I don't use the FULL CYCLE with the pre-soaking, the clothes do not get cleaned. The spin cycle is fantastic. I hang them up to dry and it line dries indoor quickly. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I bought this washer in April of 2020 and it’s still working great. I don’t over crowd the tub, it’s a relief to not have to go to the laundromat. I have it sitting on a rolling dolly so I can move it with ease. It’s very easy to use with many different cycles including a gentle cycle. If you’re in need of a worthy washing machine it hooks up just like a normal washer and has adapter for the sink. I Definitely recommend this machine.

Larger than I expected, but only weighs 80 pounds in box. It fit right in the back of our mini RV. Easy to unload and set up. Because it does not have a center post agitator, it holds more than the full size Kenmore we replaced. Fully automatic, a variety of load sizes, wash cycles. It is kind of hard to move around easily due to only having 2 small back wheels. We hooked it up to the same permanent water and drain as the Kenmore. This is so much easier to use than the full size washers I have had. I wish I discovered it sooner. I could have gotten by with the next smaller size. Fast delivery-It came in 2 1/2 days instead of 2 due to a snowstorm.

A sturdy and well made machine, but weighs over 100 lbs. and only has two caster wheels in back and almost as big around as a full size washing machine. to call it a portable washer would be laughable, if it wasn't in me 3 1/2 ft. wide kitchen. I have no complaint about cleaning power.

I've had a cheap non-automatic washer for 3 years. It did the job well enough to avoid the laundromat (except for comforters, of course), but let me tell you, this machine is 1000000x better! It's only $100 more than my other machine, and it's fully automatic! My clothes are cleaner than they ever were with my other machine and I can fit a KING SIZE fleece blanket in it! A normal wash will hold 5-6 shirts and 2-3 pants. I didn't expect the drum to be as big as it is! It's truly just a smaller version of a regular top load washer. I've done a dozen loads since I got it and so far no leaks or any other issues. I love this thing! It is a lot bigger than I expected so make sure you check the measurements before you think it'll fit where you want to use it.

Love love love this compact washer!!!! Although the back wheels are completely useless, it’s easy to slide this machine to my kitchen sink with old pillow cases or a bedsheet under it. Thankful that I now have casters wheels under it and all four of them move and are capable of locking. It doesn’t quite fill up or cover my loads of clothes completely with water, but a suspect that is likely due to my low water pressure—still this is okay, I just pour extra water into the tub. This machine has managed to get years old cooking oil stains from my favorite shirt, whereas washers at the laundry mat failed to do such wash after wash. The spin cycle is marvelous! By the end of every wash, my clothes—be it denim or large sheets—are nearly dry! They are a little drier than damp (if that makes any sense). My clothes are completely line dried in about 2 hours, however expect way, longer drying times for denim/jeans. Side note about the delivery: FedEx left my washer outside—they didn’t even knock on my door! I have three little steps leading up to my front door, but I guess the delivery person didn’t want to bring my washer up 3 steps, so they decided not to knock on my door. I was home! Lucky for me, my neighbor was outside and offered to get my washer up my steps and into my apartment. I have since left a complaint with FedEx about this incident.

Machine was bigger than I imagined, which made it hard for me to find a space to store it. As previous reviews had noted for some reason when connected to a faucet their is a leak between the adapter and the faucet. Make sure that you can remove the filter part of the faucet. You need to be able to screw the faucet adapter to the faucet. Despite that it washes well and when finished one almost does not need to put the clothes in a dryer it is so well spun.

The washer is fine, but when I inquired about getting a replacement drain hose after my daughter's cat chewed hers, I was told by the service department that the part was unavailable. This was after only having the washer 2 weeks. Luckily I was able to find one on my own elsewhere. But I think it's rather poor service if you can't get a replacement part from the manufacturer within 2 weeks of buying an appliance.
