There are 18 regular, 8 super and 8 super plus in this box. It is nice having this mix-up since my first few days are heavy and then they get lighter through the week. They are very easy to insert and do a great job of not leaking. A+

It gives me the right amount of each diff absorption/sizes I need to get me thru my whole period from start to finish without having to buy multiple boxes and take up storage space under my bathroom sink. They are always the same and they’re not too pricey like some of the other brands that are out there. They hold well and they aren’t uncomfortable. They hold and last all day.

As expected from this brand they comfortable to use, absorbent. They do the job they are designed to do and they do it well. Handy and effective 10/10 highly recommend.

Easy to use, insert and remove, absorbant and non-leaking...BUT they make things even better by having a multiple absorbancy pack with 3 different absorbancys - for use on your light days to your heaviest days (or nights). This is better for you! and who wants to use a super absorbant tampon on super light days? Not me! It is also great to have everything in one box-no need to buy three different boxes.
