There are 18 regular, 8 super and 8 super plus in this box. It is nice having this mix-up since my first few days are heavy and then they get lighter through the week. They are very easy to insert and do a great job of not leaking. A+

I've tried a few types of tampons over the years and Tampax is by far the best. I dont ever have leakage and the tampons are comfortable and easy to insert. I would definitely recommend!

I don't have to guess or hope what size I'm going to need there's a size for each day of my period to fit my flow. They're easy to use and comfortable and I don't have any issues with leaks.
