They are comfortable to wear even for longer periods of time. I have experienced no discomfort while using them. The tampons themselves are super absorbent. I honestly don't have anything bad to say. I really liked that the box had asst.sizes in it- that way you don't have to buy whole boxes of different sizes to get what you need!! Tampax is a great brand and a brand that you can always trust for you not to have any leaks or accidents!! Great product!!
