This is different from the usual heavy set, and does not meet my expectations. The overall appearance suggests lower quality and lacks the premium feel we expect. The product looks cheap and is mostly made of plastic. Will see how long the product lasts.

Did not meet my expectations. The nozzle was ok, the fan sprayer and water wand aren’t any good. I’d rather have a better heavy duty nozzle. I’m taking it back to the store

less than a year the wand lasted. and i cant find any warranty info.

I was disappointed in the nozzle functions as some of the dial positions leak. The fan spray is ok but really not needed if the nozzle worked properly.

I have had this for four years and used it daily a few times/day.

The wand leak right away when I hook it up to the hose. It drips constantly.
