They’re crunchy, flavorful and not too sweet. I like to have them when I can’t get away from my desk or if I’m on the run. They’re the perfect portion for 1 or to share. I would only say that they could have used more ginger, but I really enjoy them and so have my friends and family.

They come four to a pack which is a good amount of food. They definitely taste like gingerbread but not a heavy gingerbread taste, which I appreciated. They are a good level of crunchy… it isn’t a struggle to bite into them because of how crunchy they are but I wouldn’t consider them chewy whatsoever. They are a little fragile though because of how thin they are but that isnt a problem for me
