The texture is a lil gritty but they are great with tea. You get alot for your money so thats a plus.

Wonderful light crisp texture. I really love these in the mornings with my coffee. Just enough to put something on my stomach to get my day started. They come four to a pack which is a good amount of food. They definitely taste like gingerbread but not a heavy gingerbread taste, which I appreciated. They are a good level of crunchy… it isn’t a struggle to bite into them because of how crunchy they are but I wouldn’t consider them chewy whatsoever. They are a little fragile though because of how thin they are but that isnt a problem for me
