I've been buying this coffee for several months now, and I was surprised to log on to see so many negative reviews. As a coffee lover who only buys whole bean coffee, I really like this. I don't find the acid flavor that so many point out, and I think this coffee is not strong, but not bitter, and has a nice finish. My mom and I have a pot in the morning and one in the evening, and these big bags are inexpensive and last a long time. So, yeah, I love it and will keep buying.

I've bought this a few times when Sam's was out of Pablos Pride. I don't like it and for a couple of bucks more, might as well get Starbucks. I see that I can order Pablo's Pride online and plan on doing that in the future. PP is a really good coffee at a great price. Stay away from Members Mark.

I did not read the description thoroughly before purchasing. This is a medium dark roast. I find all dark roast coffees taste burnt to me. As far as the Colombian part, it does do it for me. All I taste is a bitter flavor. I will be going back to my favorite Colombian Peaks purveyor. I am quite disappointed. That's what I deserve for choosing a different brand to save a few dollars. Alas it is a 40 ounce bag.

We bought this coffee two weeks ago to try out on a new percolator that we had just bought. We have always preferred percolated coffee to drip but had gotten away from it years ago. This coffee is perfect for our percolator. The taste is smooth, full bodied, and there is no bitterness.
