I purchased a Walden frame but when I opened it the screen protector left a residue on the screen that was very difficult to fully remove. I was told this happened to a small number of Walden frames but the replacement that they sent had the same exact issue.

I would like to thank Laura for the excellent customer service. My questioned were answered in a time frame that exceeded my expectations. I have received my frame but due to the fact that it is a gift it still remains unopened so it impossible for me to comment on its performance at this time but I have little doubt that it to will exceed my expectations.
