I was not assuming that this product would have had the excellent amount of quality that it does. The audio is crisp. The visuals are precise. It is so cool how you can monitor faces and the camera actually moves and rotates as objects and or people move through the room. This camera has so much to offer that I actually am planning on getting more. This also has additional security features where you can have the system centrally monitored which is a huge plus. It is super affordable and a must have! Installation was a breeze. All we had to do is just plug it in an outlet and if we choose to, we could screw it in the ceiling or on the wall so we could have a different angle of visual. This is such a great camera and a wonderful bang for your buck. It’s also on sale now which makes it even more of a reason to get more. This camera is very easy maintenance with all the information very detailed, and the walk-through on how to install and set up was a breeze. Again, I cannot say enough amazing things about this, and I will definitely be buying more ARLO products!

It was an easy plug in and bluetooth to an app. The app is somewhat easy to navigate. Found out you have to pay to use the camera. Kinda disappointed in that part.

The video quality is fine at 2K but there are better cameras out there. My big issue is that it's essentially a paperweight without a paid plan. I don't want to pay monthly for a single camera so I'm just using the camera as a deterrent for porch pirates instead. I was hoping there was a daily recording that refreshes every 24 hours but unfortunately everything is locked behind monthly pay walls.

I prefer Blink and Ring over Arlo so far. The notifications seem to work only sometimes, and the camera will go into sleep mode when it’s supposed to be armed.
