The ruffle strap is fixed (not adjustable), but the thin shoulder strap is adjustable, which adds a nice bit of security and keeps it in place during play. This swimsuit is a great color and the pattern is super cute! The 7/8 is a little big for my 7 year old at the bottom, but she will easily grow into it. She says the inside is very soft. It also comes with a cute bow in the back!

The material on this two piece bikini is super soft, and stretchy for a comfortable wear. Bottom portion is well made to fit perfect, top portion covers mid stomach area and it doesn’t rise up when used.
