My daughter normally wears a 7. We got the 7/8 and it does seem to run a little bit on the bigger size as it is a little loose on her.

Wet cute swim set for little girls. The top has enough coverage and runs a little small but adjustable. The bottoms run a little big and look like they could be more of a Large. The pattern is very sweet and the material is nice and soft.
