My stomach did not take well to this, every time I took it I did not feel well. I’ve taken ashwsgandha from other brands before and did not have this side effect. I’m unable to leave a thoughtful review due to it.

This supplement is so easy to take and it works! Definitely feel more relaxed and things don’t bother me as much haha it comes with a good amount of product which makes it great value!

I have had a very positive experience with this product so far. The capsules are easy to swallow, bonus that I have not noticed an aftertaste. I like that this is an organic product for a great price. Since I have started using this, i have noticed improved focus and mental clarity, along with a some stress relief.

Ashwaganda packaging was clear and concise. Capsules are clear coated which makes it easier to swallow and tolerate; I have been taking it for almost a week and have noticed an improvement in sleep, less stressed, and improved energy. Will add it to my daily supplement intake as a routine now.

I don't know if it was the placebo effect or this natural supplement, but I have never felt so calm in my life. It is a consistent mellow mood. These are made from high quality ingredients. The packaging is easy to get into and stores well. Not that much smell either. I haven't experienced any negative side effects.

These supplements truly have surprised me on how quickly they work on my stress/anxiety. In my first day of use I immediately noticed feeling less stress. I have yet to experience the cognitive benefits but they do suggest waiting for full results potential from 2 to 4 weeks with consistent use. They are full size pills that do require a large glass of water to swallow. It’s also best to eat it with food too to avoid a tummy ache. They have a herbal smell that isn’t overpowering. The packaging is user friendly with a flip top lid, I love these so I don’t fumble with screwing on and off a top. The bottle is quite large so I would have to separate pills of if I wanted to take them with me for trips. I have enjoyed using this product and look forward to seeing more positive results as the weeks go by.

I really like the size of them it’s not too big also very small side effects. I like how they don’t have an overwhelming smell. It also has a great texture and taste.

The dosage is a good amount, I like how it is organic. The smell is not overpowering and overall it is a good product. Easy to store in a pill case and take with you on the go.

This product really does relax a person. I take two around 5/6pm and totally feel it. Maybe start with two and back down to one capsule if too much. I’ll buy again.
