I love the taste. I do not swell from the sodium. I recently fell and hurt my knee, I drank two packets a day. My knee no longer hurts after a week. 50 calories, only one gram net carbs. A very good snack.

Where has this product been all my life?! I don't drink coffee, so this has been the perfect way to start my day. Not too salty, either! Can't say enough good things!

Absolutely loved the beef bare bones instant bone broth mix so of course I wanted to try the chicken. It did not let me down. So delicious and warming. It's such a comfort and knowing how good it is for me just makes it that much more amazing!

This is by far the best bone broth I have ever tasted. It doesn't have that thick, gel like consistency that some other bone broths have. I love having a mug before bed :)

I ordered the broth variety. It’s a great way to find out what you do and don’t like. Unfortunately of the 4 flavors we only liked 1 (the beef flavor). It did not end up being a good deal.

LOVE the seasoning!!! Finally, a bone broth that actually tastes GOOD. There are plenty of plain bone broths out there, and having something you can just add hot water to when you're on the go is a life saver for people with food allergies like me.
