My husband and I have been drinking this phone broth for a little over a year now. I can honestly say that I had a leaky gut when we started. I went on a three day fast with just this broth. It healed my gut. I haven’t had a problem with a leaky gut, since then! I drink it once a day for the most part. I do miss sometimes. We believe it keeps our joints healthy as well.

I initially bought these for me since i have knee problems and was surprised at their effectiveness, so i bought more for some of my family members in mexico who are dealing with arthritis. My family members have told me that they don't feel as much pain and that they are able to walk better and even make tortillas again. They continually ask me to send them more because of how good they are! I hope one day the company can ship to or sell them in mexico!! I will continue to be a long time customer because of how effective they are :)

Hands down, this product is the best ingredient to add to sauces, soups, casseroles, absolutely anything to which you want to add rich savory deliciousness. It’s even outstanding on its own! When I have a quick mug of just the broth, my body knows it’s power packed with great nutrition. I can’t wait to try the Mushroom!

Convenience - 5/5, it truly cannot be beat. Taste: Beef - 3/5, this one feels almost unfinished? All of the others I sip at and think "yes, this is a complete meal/snack" but this one tastes like it's missing some of the depth/layers that the others have. Maybe it's better used in cooking? Further experimentation is warranted. Taste: Chicken - 4/5, SUCH CHICKEN, SO FOWL, BIRD. Kind of the same problem as the Beef flavor, but less so. Definitely feels more 'complete,' and evokes that Classic Chicken Soup Feel. Taste: Lemon Ginger - 5/5, probably my second favorite so far. Honestly skips straight past "tasty snack/meal replacement" and right into "comfort food" territory. Taste: Mushroom - 6/5, MY FAVORITE! Earthy, rich, tasty, and just plain delightful. Satisfies my Hobbit-like need for mushroom flavor. Taste: Ramen - unrated because I haven't tried this one yet. I'm planning on trying it with ramen noodles. Taste: Thai Coconut - 5/5, smells odd, tastes amazing. Will probably try with rice noodles at some point.

This is my 1st time trying this product and it was very good. My 1st order was chicken since the beef seems to be everyone's favorite. . I read a lot of review before making my purchase and I have not regrets. I'll be starting the subscription on my next order and hopefully the beef will be in stock so I can try it. I recommend this especially on a chilly day

I believe I've tried all of the current Instant Bone Broth flavors and like them all. My favorites are the mushroom, ramen, beef, and chicken flavors. Low calorie, low carb, and some protein to boot. Perfect for when you want a little something, but don't want anything sweet or too filling. I use these when I'm in the office or working from home. I recommend getting different flavors and getting creative by combining a couple of flavors in separate cups to share with someone. My husband loves them, too.

Our son gave us a subscription to healthy snacks that sends us a box every other month. In the six months we have been receiving the variety pack the Bare Bone Chicken Broth is my favorite healthy snack and the only selection we have chosen to order for ourselves. Delicious!!!

I was already a fan of the beef flavor, so I was excited to add chicken flavor to my stash of instant bone broth. I drink a minimum of 2 cups a day, and the instant packets make it super easy on busy days. I always have a bag with me full of these and add-ins like turmeric and pepper, collagen powder, and dried seaweed snacks are great mixed in as well!

This is DELICIOUS!!! The Ramen reminded me of Mrs. Grass soup broth. I did add a dash of garlic powder and sweet basil. I can't wait to try the rest. Worth the price!! I previously tried store bought ready bone broth and it was enough to make me want to throw up. . . . . so i wasnt sure about this brand but WOW. . . 10/10 !! Make sure the water is boiling so the mix completely dissolves.

Love the taste of this broth. Bare Bones broth did a wonderful job with this flavor. It is good in a cup to drink straight or dress it up with chicken and vegetables. It would be nice if it was available in low sodium. Thanks for this flavored broth.
