I am 10 days past major surgery. The Bare Bone Broth is excellent tasting even when my appetite is low due to pain etc. The broth helps me stay hydrated. The instant beef bone broth tastes very good. I've never had bone broth before but have heard how beneficial it is. I will be purchasing more very soon. I love the convenience of rip, mix, and sip. Do you think you will have some instant chicken broth soon?, I would love to try it.

I follow a keto diet that includes two days a week of extreme low calorie intake (under 200 cal. ). I have tried a dozen different bone broth products on those days,and the Barebone liquid beef broth is by far the best. I also keep their instant try broth mix available for when I do not have the liquid on hand.

I had been searching for y ry he right type of broth for awhile now. I had started dieting and I use this to curb my hunger in mornings between lunch and breakfast. It's only 50 calories and although the sodium is still a little high it's much much lower than the others I've found but I think it's beneficial because of that as well since it makes you drink more water. This product is great. There is a lot of powder with one packet and great flavor with chicken.

I loved this bone broth. It was recommended to me by a friend. I said I'd only purchased the already made, packaged broth (fire and hearth) but that I would try this. And just like that, I'm a convert! I love the taste and the smell! It is delicious hot or cold. I've added it to rice and there are so many other plans. . . You will not be disappointed.

I had tried this Bone Broth before, but now that I am stuck inside, I have made it a daily ritual of this mid morning snack to get protein and to not eat junk or high calorie options, it is a great pick me up as a hot drink and the protein ensures I am not hungry. Bought both chicken and beef, both taste really good, although it’s a little salty. I have been drinking a mug of it every night for ten days before bed. I notice I fall asleep sooner. I have rheumatoid arthritis and it seems to be helping with the pain especially when I first get up. I’m used to the just got up pain to last 30-45 minutes , now more like 15 minutes.

This stuff is. . . . . soooo good! Bone broth does not have to taste like bog water from the Mississippi River and Bare Bones proves that! The flavors are seasoned perfectly and are very satisfying. These are excellent for breaking a fast. The convenience is paramount. I can't tell you how many times I've opened liquid bone broth, only for it to get pushed behind something in the fridge and be tossed out the next week.
