I use Bare Bones Instant Mix daily as part of a low FODMAP diet. It holds me over (appetite) until 11:00 even while out hiking or snowshoeing in RMNP. We've used the bone broth instant mix in recipes (substituted for beef/chicken broth) resulting in tastier soups.

I started using Bare Bones instant bone broth after getting stomach flu and needing to re-nourish my gut. Let me tell you this is the best out there. I have been drinking this bone broth for a month and have felt the many health benefits of it. I sip on it at night before bed. I am sleeping better and my gut health overall has improved. I also have a hard time reaching my daily protein goals and this helps. This will continue to be a part of my nightly ritual and I am so glad I found it.

I am SO here for this! Between the Ramen and Mushroom, you cannot go wrong. Take my money! I love that not only can I enjoy this as a meal replacement or on the go snack, but that I can enjoy it knowing I am doing myself a favor with the health benefits it provides. Went for a 10-day backpack trip with these handy Bone Broth packets. I thought they would be good support for joints, but what I noticed was that by the end of the trip, having had generally one packet a day, my nails were noticeably stronger than when I started. No more cracked nails! Also, they are delicious and really hit the spot post-hike with dinner.

I really enjoyed the beef bone broth before the change in ingredients and processing. Now it’s not as hearty and once mixed ther seems to be more of seasoning like pepper for instance left at the bottom. The ramen flavor initially had the aroma of ramen, but once I started to drink it it left a different taste. Maybe due to chicken bone broth as the base. Having said all that, the beef bone broth will continue to be part of my breakfast routine.

After trying to make my own bone broth, I am a true convert to the Bare Bones beef broth. The taste is amazing! The convenience of taking on hikes, using for fasting, late night pick me up AND adding to food dishes is unparalleled for me. So yes, I would recommend this product.

I know its a powder and comes from a package (I had my doubts too) but it tastes great! And I love that I'm getting quality ingredients each day in that convenient little package. Would we all love to have homemade bone broth every day straight from the stove top? Sure! But who can justify the time or the money it would take to make it happen? This is a wonderful alternative. So happy I found it!

This is DELICIOUS!!! The Ramen reminded me of Mrs. Grass soup broth. I did add a dash of garlic powder and sweet basil. I can't wait to try the rest. Worth the price!! I previously tried store bought ready bone broth and it was enough to make me want to throw up. . . . . so i wasnt sure about this brand but WOW. . . 10/10 !! Make sure the water is boiling so the mix completely dissolves.
