Highly recommend! I crave this bone broth and since starting a high protein diet, this is part of my daily routine and i continue to crave it daily. Can't say enough good about it!

I have been drinking these every morning for about 3 months, they are so easy and taste pretty good (we always get the beef broth it's our preferred flavor). We ran out once, it ruined the whole week so now I make sure to keep them stocked!

I ordered the samples of chicken, beef and ramen. I've only had the chicken so far. I like it, I usually drink it when I want a really light lunch at work. Looking forward to trying the other flavors.

This is the best bone broth I have ever used. Y U M. I'm working through the Beef packets and will try the lemon ginger next. The layers of flavor are Wonderful

I think the strength of the broth has changed. About 8 months ago I'd need 12 ounces of water for one bone broth packet. With 12 ounces of water the broth is diluted. Still tasty though!

So far I've used the chicken broth added to chicken, cottage cheese, garlic and Romano cheese for a lovely sauce. I'm all about incorporating more protein into every bite. Good flavoring!

I love the sticks. I keep a few in my desk at work for days I'm extra hungry or forget my lunch and don't want to go out. I also use the sticks in cooking. They add a depth of flavor to a recipe that you can't get from premade broth.

Love these! As a chemo pt., i struggle with appetite and keeping food down at times. These little packets are the absolute best! Will definitely be ordering again.
