The gelatin that use in this product is derived from a porcine (pork) source. It means Muslim, Jews and Hindo cant take it. It would be great if they mentioned on the label what kids of gelatin has been used. I bought this twice and had taken one pack the second time luckily I found out that it has pork gelatin.

Thes work well for me. However they have cut from 60 packets to 30 and the price has stayed the same. If this wasn’t helping me I wouldn’t be ordering again doubling the price makes these difficult to afford.

It would be much better with burpless fish oil products. I can't use this product because of the aftertaste of the fish oil

I had to stop taking these because they combined the magnesium into the multivitamins. Magnesium oxide makes me quite sick.
