When I became an adult and had a family of my own I too have used Swanson Beef & chicken broth for flavor in many of my recipes. I love that the broth is free from MSG, gluten free, 100 % natural and it adds incredible flavor to any dish that you are cooking. I also love the fact that it comes in a lower sodium option because I have high blood pressure. It comes in easy packaging and lasts a long time in the refrigerator to use again when needed.
