Pretty good but a little salty. I make beef stew with it and it's delicious. I recommend using 1/4 parts water to decrease the saltiness.

Use this for all my braised beef dinners. Can be used for gravy or pan sauces as well.

When i am making beef stew i add about a cup of this and it goes very well with any red meats .
