We keep them in our living room on the large dresser beside the wall and we change the colors depending on our mood. It's easy to control and connect with the app. It gives us just enough light in the evening so we don't have to turn on our ceiling lights.

The lighting can be used as simple plug and play or connected up various apps such as Google and Alexa or the Sylvania Smart WiFi app, which I downloaded. Overall, this is a reliable brand that I trust with my home lighting needs, and I am now a strip lighting convert for undercounter illumination.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These LED light strips were fun to install! I decided to install them in my kitchen above my cabinets to create a cool light above. The fact that it works with Alexa is a huge plus as most of my products are Alexa compatible and I can simply add these lights to my Alexa app. Unfortunately I don't have the extra pieces to be able to cut and connect them together but I can always purchase those in the future if I want to create any gaps between the lights. They're super bright and they feel like they were made with amazing quality. These should last a long time!

The color changing option is so easy for him to use and has no problem connecting and working with his phone. The lights are bright but not overwhelming. Overall excellent product and will be purchasing more to add to his room and my daughters!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sylvania LED smart flex strip is super cool! They were very easy to install. Only took a couple of minutes. Just remove the backing from the adhesive and place where you want them. Download the app and connect via Bluetooth, pretty simple. I love you can adjust the lighting colors and brightness and control it all from your phone! You can even schedule when you want them on and off. I get excited walking in my kitchen now! I just wish there was a way to add them under my smaller cabinets on the other side of my stove and above the sink without having to cut a strip and buy several sets.

About 2 months after installing, two of my four light strips randomly disconnected themselves, began blinking wildly in red, green, and blue, and I had to re-add them in the app. A few weeks later, the other 2 did the same thing. Another 1 to 2 months after that, all 4 light strips started flickering like they're about to go out. It is absolutely madness-inducing light flickering OMGGG it's annoying as all get out!!! I've tried everything, and it seems these light strips are defective. I guess that's why they're so cheap.
