This peppermint bark was surprisingly tasty. I'm not usually a fan of peppermint bark, but this one was different from others I have tasted. It has a creaminess to the chocolate, and it's just the right amount of peppermint. This one is not as hard to bit into as other brands I have tried before. The pieces are in squares, so you can have one piece at a time, or break it apart and share it. The pieces will present nicely and help make holiday tables more festive. If you can't leave it alone, you can always freeze it, and pull out a piece at a time.

I absolutely love the Member's Mark peppermint bark! The balance of peppermint and chocolate is perfect—not too sweet, which is a rare find with peppermint bark. I could easily eat it over and over without feeling overwhelmed by the sweetness. Plus, the bag contains nearly 10 large squares, offering great value! My only tiny downside is that the squares are 3" × 3" , a bit big for sharing without breaking them up, but I’ve found fun ways to enjoy them, like adding them to milkshakes or having them as a low-calorie treat instead of a candy bar. This would make an excellent addition to your holiday sweets, and I highly recommend it! Definitely planning to buy it again!

I am not much of a white chocolate fan but in this caseit provided a balance to the dark chocolate. The pieces were thick and had lots of pepperming pieces sprinkled on. My onoy complaint is that the bad was a little melted when shipped. Luckily everything wasnt a puddle so it was fine.
