I purchase this product regularly. Haven't opened this particular box yet have always been pleased in past. Easy to prepare and is very tasty. Personally like it as much as rice that has to be cooked for 20 minutes.

Nourishing, and great covered in gravies with meals. I also like it mixed and cooked with black beans, tomatoes, onions, and bacon bits. Quick to prepare. Perfect alongside breakfast with a little butter and honey added!

Oh, I typically don't like instant rice but it is awesome to have some on hand for those moments when surprises happen or if you burn something accidentally. Overall taste is perfectly fine for those moments to get buy

It may be 4lbs by weight but the serving info is way off. I just repackaged six boxes for long-term storage and at most got 18 cups out of each when it should be 22 according to the box.

I've ordered this before and it arrived fine but this time it had been packed in a box with a heavier item on top of it. And of course in typical FedEx style it was tossed around a time or two so by the time it arrived and I opened the box I had a slightly bent shipping box but the rice box was smashed and rice was everywhere.

I've used Minute Rice for years and never received a box that was leaking rice from the bottom. The shipping container had a lot of rice in it and the rice box almost looked like it had been opened. I was concerned that something might have crawled into the box so decided to throw it out. Better to be safe than sorry.

I usually make our rice in my instapot but when in a hurry this rice will work very well. I like using it with Dinty Moore Stew for a fast hearty meal. It tasted great and is SO easy to prepare. I use my electric teapot to boil the water which really speeds it up. When boiling pour over the rice (add butter or salt if you want), cover, and in 5 minutes it's done! I use a little less water than called for so I don't have water left in the bottom of the bowl. Yes, I would recommend this Minute Rice and have used it for many years.
