I don’t normally buy a medium roast. I picked this up by accident. It has no flavor at all. It’s like drinking warm water.

On 4-8-26 my wife purchased a case of these, as she has bought these same ones before. When she tried to brew a cup of coffee the Keurig would not do so stating that the pod was not made for the machine. When I called Keurig support they said the Member's Mark was not a licensed Keurig dealer for the pods so they may not work. Sam's Club said to just return them but we live 80 miles away and to not get to the Sam's Club store very often.

I'm glad Sam's offers light roasted coffee given light roast has the most caffeine in it and I like my coffee to have the most caffeine in it to get me through the day. This is a flavorful blend and at a great price. I've read reviews about this coffee that wasn't about the actual coffee but instead about Sam's customer service. First of all, rate the coffee, not the CS, and then, you must know how to go about getting your product returned and /or refunded...there's too many ways to get this done so not to give a poor rating on Sam's CS. If you can fill out a review online, then you certainly can chat online or follow the directions on how to go about getting what you need. I've never had a problem returning or getting a replacement if needed. (see attached photos)
