It came out of the box super flat. I surly thought it wouldn't expand. I stripped it bare from all sheets and set it on our spare bedrooms bed with a fan blowing on it. Twice a day for 2 days I'd flip it and stretch a corner out. It surprisingly fluffed out majorly! It's very firm. About 7 inches thick and fits perfectly in my daughter's crib. Well worth it. Not to mention it's not expensive at all.

The first one I bought didn't expand right. One side stayed small. I sent it back, the replacement did fine. Just do exactly like the directions say to do and it works great. It does take more than 48 hours though. More like 4 days. But it is a great mattress.

Great mattress, I love the foam part of it compared to the spring type of mattresses. Only downside is if too much weight then you can feel the bars on the bed. Quick delivery, It came in a box, I rolled it out and let it sit for just over 24 hours it was even not lumpy. My child loves it.

Mattress is super soft and very easy to lift, and unfold. Expected it to be a little puffier (if that’s the right word) as the corners aren’t as flush with the sides as I thought. Perfect for the price paid! And definitely soft. Hoping the little one sleeps well once he or she arrives!

I got this mattress and let it set out for several days before putting it into the crib. It raised pretty good except for 1 end that is still kinda flat. But I put that at the end of the crib. Overall it's good for the price. It's nice and firm and i like that it has the zip f cover. I would recommend this :)

We love this beautiful crib mattress. It went from box to masterpiece in minutes. Just open the box, and a mattress blooms right before your eyes. It didn't have a strong, unpleasant odor as some foam pillows do. The experience was a delight and the other kids squealed with excitement. We ordered this online. I was a little worried about ordering without actually seeing and feeling the quality or durability, but clearly didn't need to be. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. It was shipped in a jiffy without damage to the box or the mattress. The mattress is firm enough for safety, yet soft enough for your little ones comfort. It fits within the crib like a snug glove and is thick enough for years of good use. We are absolutely thrilled! Way to Graco.

Didn't work for us... twice! First one we bought didn't expand properly, gave it the full 72 hours and 1 side was still rounded. Returned it after talking to the manufacturer and bought a different one. This one seemed better at first, it appeared to expand normally but turned out to be too big. I couldn't get any of our crib sheets on it and it didn't fit in either one or our cribs. Returned this one too and just bought a regular crib mattress. Wasted a whole week trying to get my toddler a new mattress.

Bought this mattress for my son when he was 10 months. By that time he had become used to sleeping on our bed and so the mattress being similar in comfort helped with the transition. Also he started waking up less during the night. I would highly recommend it. Oh and I also purchased a waterproof mattress pad just in case there are any accidents. It protects the mattress but is nice to sleep on.

I bought this mattress a month ago and I love it. Reason for getting it is because I wanted a bed that didn't have springs in it that may end up poking my baby from wear and tear. The little holes on the bed allow for excellent ventilation and keep my baby cool. (no sweaty back)

As grandparents who babysit a lot, we needed to invest in a crib and mattress for our toddler who outgrew her portable crib. We have used quite a few Graco products and they have lived up to their claims and reviews. This mattress does too. It comes compacted in a roll, but expands to the 5 inch thickness all around within a few days. The fitted sheet we bought for her fits perfectly over this mattress. It fills the crib correctly. It has a fire retardant cover that is shipped to go under the removable outer zipped cover. The foam is dimpled on both sides of the mattress for airflow. Our little one seems perectly comfortable and wakes up without the sweaty head her vinyl covered mattress caused. Just be sure you allow for the days for this to reach full size.
