Like most of the reviews the mattress has a strong factory odor and it took extra effort by manual fluffing to get the mattress to fully expand. However, I give it 4 stars because it suits our needs perfectly. It expanded to the advertised size and the odor goes away after about a week or so. The mattress has a perfect firmness to it which is comparable to my baby's favorite mattress (mom and dad's). I like that it comes with a fire protection cover. Overall, it fits the crib perfectly and is a great deal for the price you pay. As long as you don't expect perfection for $40-$50 this mattress will suit your needs.

I love that the cover is washable and that all of his sheets fit easily onto it. It feels so comfortable for baby to sleep on and we are glad that he can use this when he’s a toddler too. It is a good value and I will be recommending it to my friends and family!

However, I was very disappointed at the amount of time it took to expand after being removed from the box. I will say I am glad it is water proof and anti microbial other than that I don't have much good to say. It took 2 full days to expand to anything resembling a bed for my daughter to be able to sleep on it to replace her old matress. I was looking for something that my daughter could use immediately so I am very disappointed.

I finally got my son to sleep by himself! I have a 2 year old that has co-slept with me since he was born. I bought him his own bed and mattress and he slept the whole night on it for a week now. He is really attached to me so it's a relief that I can let him sleep on his own now. Now I just have to move him to his room from mine. it's not as soft as I imagined for a foam mattress, but I guess per crib standards it is not supposed to be. It comes with a cover that is only supposed to be hand washed.

This Graco mattress comes compressed in a box which is so easy a lightweight to carry. Once you open the box, the mattress will start to expand before your eyes! It's amazing! The box says to give it a full 72 hours to fully expand but my grandbaby's mattress was ready for her crib in a little over 48 hours. This mattress will fit any standard or full size crib and toddler bed. It is made of a HIGH QUALITY breathable foam that will maximize air flow for a better night sleep. As you can see in my pictures my grandbaby was sleeping like she was on a cloud. Zonked out!!! A picture is worth a thousand words!!! That's the best state of sleep I have ever seen her in and she wakes happy and refreshed. It's a great feeling to know that she has slept well and that equates to a very good day for her. Once opened up it will expands to its full size of 52” Long x 27.63” Wide x 5 Thick. This Crib / Toddler Mattress is a perfect fit for any standard Crib Frame. Allow 48 hours for this mattress to expand to it full size. Fluff like you would a pillow if there are areas that don’t seem to expand like it should have. One of the features I was impressed with is the removable and washable mattress cover and water-resistant lining keeping the mattress safe and clean as well as keeping baby clean and dry when a diaper fails to do its job threw the night. At only 10 pounds the mattress is very easy to move around while changing the fitted sheet or when those accidents happen and you find that you have to remove the mattress cover for cleaning. What I was most impressed with is how much better my toddler sleeps while sleeping on this mattress. It is not as firm as a regular baby mattress so I would not use this mattress on a newborn if you place them on their tummy because of the worry of smothering. But with a toddler that has no problem moving around that would eliminate that issue. Is not a firm mattress and it will couture’s to the child’s body insuring the spine is inline and stress free. I waited a week for the mattress to plump up (says 48 hours). I took all covers off of it and tried to massage it, turn it different ways, etc. but half of it stayed about an inch thick and only one side expanded. Highly disappointed. Will be returning it.

It is super lightweight. I read a lot of their review before I bought them. They said this is safe for the baby (the baby can breathe). Soft. After 2 years, the quality is still good. The price is cheaper than the other brands, too. I just bought the second mattress. As you see in my picture, it looks light and small. Easy to buy, easy to bring it home!

The cover is of good quality and removable for easy cleanup. Although this arrives in a small box, it is not a thin item just packed very well. Absolutely satisfied with the quality and size. Would recommend turning the mattress monthly to keep the form of the mattress. Children should be placed on firm but comfortable mattress for their safety as well as support for their growing bodies -this mattress is exactly as it should be. As an adult I like to make sure that the product is best for children so I spent the evening sitting and laying on the mattress to test it for rebound after long term indention - rebounds to exact unused size without long term dents - a sign of a good product. The thickness allows for full support and a cradling effect while preventing the face from getting into a smothering indentation. So far we are thrilled with the product, baby/toddler sleeps well without safety or comfort issues. This is a definite recommendation.
