it came well packaged. i liked the fact that it molds to the baby's body. its not too firm and not too soft. it came with a 6yrs warranty. i don't know how that works . I will recommend this item

love love love this matress for my grandson who is 8 months. Fits perfect in his crib. Firm enough to be safe, but with a little plush comfort. Lighter and easier to maneuver to change crib sheets.
