I did notice that they are thicker and a bit bulkier than lighter absorbency options, which might matter depending on outfit or activity. Also, for very light leaks they may feel overdesigned and cost more. If you’re looking for reliable all-day protection and don’t mind a bit more bulk, these are a solid pick. Did not notice any odors.

I used these for my elderly 103 year old grandma. She was previously using 6 drop before this. We absolutely loved the 7 drop. They truly hold so much. Very absorbent and fit great/have good coverage in her adult diaper. They also help with reducing odor in between changing Pads. You dont get a big whiff of urine even if left on a while. Love the quite packaging that isent loud plastic. My grandma has no issue opening them even with arthritis in both hands. I also like that it illustrates which side is the "front" as well. It Absorbs a lot of urine but doesnt get too big or bulky. Overall, I think Poise is unmatched. Packaging is nice and simple, yet attractive, price is reasonable and the product works great.
