It was easy to open and place into my underwear. It is also easy to wrap up the used pad and throw it away neatly.

Anyone with LBL knows how “dangerous” that can be. I had zero concerns when I wasn’t within sneezing distance of a restroom. I felt quite confident that my clothing would be safe (and dry). The pads are a bit bulky, and somewhat intimidating at first, but I learned very quickly that they form perfectly to my body, and are actually pretty comfortable (I don’t feel like I am wearing a diaper). LBL can be really embarrassing, but these Poise pads take that embarrassment away.

The design prevents leakage and they don’t contain some of the harmful chemicals that some products have so I feel safe wearing them.
