They were very good to wear overnight because they have so much protection they don't leak. I like how when you wear these pads the material in them doesn't bunch up. I don't feel like you have to change these as much as a regular pad. I'd recommend them.

It is huge though so this isn’t something that can be worn with leggings unless one wears a long top that cover the bum. But it meets my nighttime needs so I’m very happy with it.

The Poise Fresh Protection pads are ultra absorbant long, providing a clean, dry, fresh feel. They're somewhat plush without feeling too bulky. However, I find them to be more suitable for heavier leaks, overnight use or after surgery.
