My only problem was that when choosing the item a lot of the other options were unavailable and I almost didn't pick these at all. I've gotten pads from this brand before in the past and found them uncomfortably chunky and bulky. These ones are still kind of thick but a lot more comfortable and not as bulky. I did expect them to be somewhat bulgy because they are the largest size. Being in my 40s and having kids and diabetes has had its down sides and my bladder isn't always in the best shape because of it. I especially know when my diabetes is acting up when I have to go more frequently. That alone paired with stress incontinence has been really frustrating. Even though these are probably more than what I need on a daily basis I have found them really helpful and useful when I know I'm going to be really active, like exercise or if I know I'm going to be doing a lot of lifting. It has definitely given me a little more freedom and ease of mind when doing those things. In the future I would probably get a smaller size. I am over all happy that they have improved in quality and absorbency.

Recently your Poise 3in1 Ultimate Long Day-and-Night pads have been sticking to underwear so strongly that the plastic lining tears when the pad is changed. Have you changed the formula for the adhesive? Or is it being applied incorrectly? I don’t have the product number for the previous package, but the current one is LF3 033 21 X 05:40. Otherwise, your product is superb. Thank you for checking on this.

These pads do most definitely provide adequate absorption, but with how long and bulky they are to wear it doesn’t work for me. It reminded me of sanitary pads from the late 1970’s.

There is no smell to them. They are not uncomfortable and they don’t appear to show under my clothing. Would recommend the Poise Fresh Protection Pads 7 Ultra Absorbent Long pads to someone who has more medical problems than I. They will serve the purpose.
