I only need them for urinary urgency, so they serve the purpose well but are more practical for those who actually have frequent accidents. I recommend them and next time will get the light drips or sports protection ones as these were a bit thicker for what I needed them for. But definitely recommend. These are super absorbent pads with excellent odor control. Idon't have incontinence but it's just a very difficult to find a pad wide enough to fit comfortably. So these are actually great. After reading the reviews on this product, I decided to take a leap of faith and am very glad I did. First off, appearance wise, the pads are large. You get FULL coverage with these. However, once you’re wearing it, you’ll most likely forget you’re wearing it. It really is comfortable and I promise you that you’ll not experience any bulky feeling under your clothes. These pads are a great value as well! 10/10

Tried these pads for first time and very impressed. They are larger than I thought they would be but this ensures no leakage onto underwear. Comfortable well made pads. Perfect for extra long car rides or even on plane as I tend to sneeze in airplanes. Ensures I stay dry and fresh. Will probably purchase smaller pad size in future as I only have minimal bladder leakage occasionally but definitely top contender as I continue to age.

They're great with odor control, too! They're wide enough to cover your underwear from side to side and the adhesive keeps the pads in place. They're not as discreet as I would prefer, however, and they do tend to bunch. I wonder if this size is just too large for me.

The fit was nice and covers front to back again giving me confidence when wearing them. They don’t have a strong smell which is great too.

The pads long, wide and very absorbent. It also sticks to your underwear very well keeping it in place unlike some brands out there that move and crunch up causing leaks. Not these pads! Loved them and will continue buying them.
