It doesn’t take much urine for these things to BULK up, making them uncomfortable. It is more comfortable to wear 2 Always Discreet pads together than to wear one of these. AND you get better protection. I would not recommend these.

The design prevents leakage and they don’t contain some of the harmful chemicals that some products have so I feel safe wearing them.

Their absorbency is remarkable, preventing any leakage. Additionally, they effectively neutralize unpleasant odors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received the Poise 7 Drop Long - Ultra Absorbency pads to review complimentary from Influenster, I was surprised at the size of the pads. When I tried the pads they first felt to wide between my legs, but within five minutes they quickly conformed and I did not notice the size at all. I couldn’t tell I had on a pad after walking around. They absorbed the moisture of my leaks very well. I felt dry down there. There was no leakage in my underwear. There was no adverse scent. Other pads I have used in the past many times smells bad when there’s leakage after a an hour or so, but not the Poise 7 Drop Long pads. I definitely will purchase these in the future.

These Poise pads weren’t exactly what I was expecting. They are rated for all day long and it shows! Big and bulky right out the gate. (Wider, thicker and longer) Super soft to the touch and is advertised for Oder control but I don’t know how these wouldn’t be noticeably lumpy in any attire!Seemingly enough does its job!

I don't like the feeling of having a thing pad as it is very obvious when I am wearing it. I can't feel comfortable going in public with this thick pad. I would leave the other brand in a blink of an eye if only these pads where thinner.
