I was happy to find a bone broth that I could bring on travels until I saw they have an ingredient that has a high glycemic index. Unfortunately I will not be able to use it any more. Please make sure this product works for you before you consume. Also, bare bones, please consider removing/replacing this ingredient so those who cannot or should not consume high glycemic index products can use it. I do enjoy the taste but gave a mid score because I can no longer have it.

I ordered a few flavors to try… opened the first one Lemon Ginger and immediately upon mixing with water the stench 🤮 was unbearable. I was gagging as well as my son across the room. Went down the sink and my whole house stank for 2 days. Didn't end up ingesting any, can't recommend.

A little bland but makes a nice cup of hot protein and broth for the middle of the day
