Excellent flavor and quality both beef and chicken. I have one every morning! I recommend bare-bones to my patients.

I liked the beef and the chicken ones, the ramen and the lemon ginger ones did not like them at all, expected better taste

I thought this would be a little more basic, but found it to be pleasantly spicy. The pouches are convenient for travel. Trying chicken flavor next.
