Hard to drink. I didn't realize it was made with chicken bone broth and it doesn't taste anything like Ramen. I have to mix it with the beef bone broth to make it more palatable.

Great for variety if you drink it everyday, lemon ginger is the better of the four and I have not looked at the sodium content but ramen seemed over salted.

This is a great Keto snack or meal. I've been having it in the morning with a scoop of coconut oil in it for a pre-workout. Tastes delicious! I also have one for an afternoon snack. I highly recommend it.
